At the moment, we’re brewing on a 1 hL three-vessel brewhouse, supported by three 2 hL fermenters. This setup keeps our batches small and experimental, allowing us to stay close to the craft and focus on quality in every detail.
Scaling up without losing our craft.
Next year we’ll take a major step forward: brewing on a 10 hL two-vessel brewhouse with six 10 hL fermenters. This expansion will boost our capacity fivefold while keeping the same dedication to handcrafted beer and authentic flavors.
